Agreement

These terms govern your use of dreamitphotostudio.com and the services provided by Two Guys Photography LLC, trading as Dream It Photo Studio. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide photography services including weddings, senior portraits, family and event photography. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for any engagement are set out in your session agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Bookings and payment

Sessions are confirmed on receipt of any retainer stated in your session agreement. Payment terms, rescheduling and cancellation are governed by that agreement.

SMS messaging programme

By providing your mobile number and giving express consent, you agree to receive text messages from Dream It Photo Studio.

• Programme description. Appointment confirmations and reminders, session updates, delivery notifications, responses to your enquiries, and, where you have opted in to marketing, occasional offers and announcements.
• Message frequency. Varies by your activity with us. Typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or (920) 781-8585.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to book with us.

Photography and copyright

Unless your session agreement says otherwise, Two Guys Photography LLC retains copyright in all images produced. You receive a licence to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires our written permission.

Model release and portfolio use

Use of your images in our portfolio, website or social media is governed by the release in your session agreement. If you have not signed one, we will ask before using your images publicly.

Website content

All text, images and design on this site are owned by Two Guys Photography LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
