We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, event details, and anything else you enter on our forms or tell us during a consultation. We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and confirm sessions, send appointment reminders, deliver your photographs, process payments, and, where you have opted in, send occasional updates and offers.

We keep customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. If you opt out of messaging, we retain a record of your opt-out so that we do not contact you again.

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Where we photograph minors, we do so at the request of and with the consent of a parent or guardian.
